Kharbooja Shake

Preparation Time: 10 mins

Type: Beverages / Drinks

Serves: 2 Glass

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Ripe Muskmelon / Kharbooj (Chopped)
  • 2 tbsp Condensed Milk
  • Pinch of Nutmeg powder
  • 1 tbsp Almonds (chopped)
  • 2 cups Chilled Milk
  • Ice Cubes (few)

Method of Preparation:

  • Firstly, place muskmelon chunks in an electric blender.
  • Add Condensed milk, Nutmeg powder, Almonds and Chilled milk.
  • Blend everything up well until smooth and frothy.
  • Add few Ice cubes in tall serving glasses.
  • Pour prepared shake into it.
  • Add a few pieces of finely chopped melon to each glass for garnishing the melon milkshake.
  • Muskmelon Milkshake is ready to be served.
  • Serve immediately while still frothy.
