Ingredients:
For Amla Juice:
- 6-8 Indian gooseberries (Amla)
- 1/2 inch ginger piece, cut into thin strips
- 4-5 fresh mint leaves
- 1/4 tsp Red Chilli Powder
- 1/4 tsp Black Salt
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 2 tsp Honey
- 2 Cup Water
For serving:
- Shot glasses
- 1/4 tsp Red Chilli Powder
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
Method of Preparation:
- Cut the Amla into wedges and put into a blender jar.
- Add Mint Leaves, Ginger, Red Chilli Powder, Black salt, Salt, Honey and blend well.
- Add 2 cups water and blend till smooth.
- Dip brim of glass in lemon juice.
- Now place the glass upside down in the mixture of Salt and Red Chilli Powder plate so that Salt and Red Chilli Powder sticks to the brim where lemon juice is applied.
- Pour the juice into glasses and serve.
